What We’re Looking For We’re looking for an experienced Senior Agency Sales Representative to join our team. This is a fully remote (work-from-home) position. Senior Agency Sales Representatives should have: Proven Sales Record At least 3 years of professional sales experience at a digital marketing agency. Comprehensive Service Knowledge Deep experience selling a range of marketing services, including: Google Ads Paid Social (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.) SEO Email Marketing Website Maintenance What Your Job Will Look Like You will actively manage and close inbound leads to bring new clients into our portfolio, while also working closely with existing clients to identify opportunities for expansion. By understanding the evolving needs of our partners, you’ll recommend additional services that support their continued growth and long-term success with StubGroup. Compensation Base: $2,000 monthly base compensation Commission: Uncapped commission directly tied to the value you generate for StubGroup We believe teamwork is the foundation of success, and we are committed to recognizing and rewarding outstanding contributions. Together, we grow and thrive. The Ideal Candidate Sales Expertise You have at least 3 years of experience closing deals in the agency space and understand the nuances of selling services. You can confidently manage a sales pipeline from lead to close. (Experience with HubSpot is a plus.)
