Sales & Partnerships Lead (Player-Coach)

We are rebuilding our platforms entirely after nearly 10 years, following 2 years of planning and execution. You’ll join with strong momentum already in place: 100%+ YoY revenue growth, 25,000+ monthly active users, 5,000 leads in backlog, 250+ partners, ~100 inbound leads/month without outreach, and up to 30 monthly renewals. Your mission is to build the sales team from scratch and take full ownership of revenue growth, sales strategy, the full pipeline, coaching Partnership Managers, and partnership negotiations.
