Role Overview We are seeking a talented DevOps Engineer to design, build, and maintain scalable, high-performance infrastructure to support our global trading operations. You will play a critical role in automating deployments, monitoring mission-critical systems, and ensuring the resilience, speed, and security of our infrastructure. This role involves close collaboration with researchers, developers, and infrastructure specialists to streamline workflows, reduce latency, and support a high-uptime, low-latency production environment. This is a fully remote position, open to candidates globally. We value outcomes over hours and location. Responsibilities Design, build, and maintain CI/CD pipelines to support rapid development and deployment. Automate infrastructure provisioning using Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools (e.g., Terraform, Ansible). Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize live systems to ensure high availability and low latency. Manage cloud-based and on-premise environments across a variety of global locations. Work with the engineering team to ensure secure, repeatable, and scalable system architecture.
