This role focuses on validating newly closed opportunities, maintaining proper object associations, managing data quality standards, and partnering with team members to keep records current and actionable. The ideal candidate will have strong technical proficiency in CRM systems and Excel, with experience in sales operations or go-to-market functions.ResponsibilitiesESSENTIAL FUNCTIONSValidate and audit all opportunities to ensure all data is complete, accurate, and properly structured in the CRMEnsure all CRM objects (contacts, accounts, opportunities, activities) are correctly associated and relationships are properly maintainedProactively reach out to team members to update and validate records, ensuring data accuracy across the pipeline and closed/won opportunitiesPerform regular data quality audits to identify discrepancies, inconsistencies, and missing information, implementing corrective measures to maintain data integrityExport and analyze data from CRM systems to identify trends, patterns, and areas requiring cleanup or improvementSupport the creation and maintenance of accurate contact and account records across internal systems and applicationsAssist in developing and refining data entry processes and standards to improve efficiency, accuracy, and overall data qualityCollaborate with internal teams to establish and enforce data governance best practicesGenerate reports and documentation on data quality metrics and improvement initiativesProvide training and guidance to team members on proper data entry procedures and CRM best practicesKNOWLEDGE AND SKILLSProficiency in CRM systems, particularly Microsoft Dynamics and Hubspot (1-2 years of experience preferred)Advanced Excel skills including data manipulation, formulas, pivot tables, and data analysisStrong understanding of data management principles and best practicesExperience in sales, sales operations, or go-to-market (GTM) operations roles preferredAbility to quickly learn and operate CRM systems at an administrative levelExcellent attention to detail with strong organizational and analytical skillsProblem-solving mindset with ability to identify issues and implement solutionsStrong written and verbal communication skills for coordinating with internal teamsAbility to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectivelyUnderstanding of sales processes, pipeline management, and opportunity trackingQualificationsAssociate's Degree or equivalent preferredMicrosoft Dynamics or HubSpot certifications preferred1-2 years of experience with CRM systemsExperience in sales operations, revenue operations, or related GTM functionsDemonstrated proficiency in Excel and data analysisStrong written and verbal communication competencies, as well as interpersonal skillsAttention to detail and organizational skills with the ability to multi-taskAbility to work independentlyWFH TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS:Minimum Internet Speed: 50-100 MbpsDedicated Home Office Area: Private, quiet workspaceBusiness Continuity Plan: Power and Internet Backup is a MUSTOriginally posted on Himalayas
