If you are passionate about creating engaging content, with a background in design, and enjoy working remotely, we want to hear from you! Tasks Develop and oversee creative concepts for video campaigns, from ideation to final cut. Storyboard and direct short-form videos that resonate with social audiences. Collaborate with creators, editors, and internal teams to ensure content feels authentic and on-brand. Lead visual storytelling across channels with a strong sense of narrative, pacing, and audience engagement. Continuously test and iterate video formats based on performance and platform trends. Requirements 3+ years of experience in video content creation, ideally in a creative agency or social-first brand (share your portfolio). Proven experience storyboarding and directing short-form videos for platforms like YouTube, TikTok, and Instagram. Strong understanding of creator-style content — raw, engaging, and optimized for social (not overly polished). Comfortable leading creative direction from concept to post-production.
