AI-Native Technical Operations Lead

We're a fully capitalized HealthTech platform backed by a Miami-based family office, building an AI-native SaaS product from the ground up. Not a legacy system with AI bolted on — AI is core to the architecture and the development workflow. Hiring our first technical operations hire. Think studio engineer to a recording artist: you own environment prep, QA, testing, CI/CD, compliance documentation, and 30-40% independent development so engineering leadership stays focused on high-leverage product work. Ground-floor equity opportunity. Hard requirement: you must already be building software with AI coding tools daily (Claude Code, Cursor, Copilot). Not interested in AI — actively shipping with it. If you can't show us something you built with AI tools in the last 60 days, this isn't the right fit. Looking for: 3-7 years full-stack experience, strong QA discipline, DevOps comfort (Docker, CI/CD, cloud), polyglot across languages/frameworks, self-directed.
